PLEASE NOTE: During the summer months, we do our best to ensure your product arrives intact. Packages are shipped out Monday-Thursday. We use 2-day shipping and provide ice packs in your package.
We cannot hold responsibility for packages left in your mailbox for additional time. You are provided with a tracking number, and it is the customer's responsibility to take note of the delivery date and retrieve your package accordingly.
